Best Things to Do in Paris: What To See + What I'd Skip
Paris is one of those cities I keep somehow ending up back in. I’ve now been three times, and every trip has looked a little different. I’ve done the major tourist attractions, spent way too much time in museums, gone to Versailles more times than any normal person needs to, and eaten an unreasonable number of pastries. Ryan, meanwhile, has somehow still never been to Paris, so I already know I’ll eventually be doing a fourth trip. There are definitely things I would happily

Things to Do in Cassis: Beaches, Calanques, Wine & More
Cassis ended up being one of my favorite stops in the South of France. It is small enough that you can walk around the harbor, grab dinner, and feel like you actually got to experience the town, but there is also so much to do around it. You have the Calanques in one direction, Cap Canaille towering over the other, vineyards surrounding the town, beaches right outside the harbor, and ridiculously blue Mediterranean water basically everywhere you look. We personally stayed in

Calanques Cassis: How to Visit, Best Beaches & Tips
The Calanques between Cassis and Marseille were easily one of my favorite parts of our South of France trip . Before we went, I knew the water was supposed to be beautiful. One Week French Riviera Itinerary for First-Time Visitors
I've now taken three separate trips to the South of France: two focused on the French Riviera and another exploring farther west around Montpellier, Marseille, and Cassis. Each trip gave me a very different feel for the region, and looking back, I definitely have a better sense of what I would prioritize for a first visit. If I were planning my first South of France trip all over again, I would keep it focused on the classic French Riviera and do Nice, Èze, Cannes, Monaco, an

A Guide to the Best Cities in the South of France: Where to Go & How to Spend One Week
After taking three separate trips to the region, I’ve had the chance to experience some of the best cities in the South of France and see how different each one feels. Some are perfect for beach clubs and luxury, while others are better for food, wine, hiking, nightlife, or a slower coastal escape. After three visits, I have a much better idea of which places I would prioritize, which ones make the best bases, and which destinations make sense to combine if you only have a we

A Guide to the Ski Resorts of Les 3 Vallées: Which One Should You Stay In?
If you're planning a ski trip, Les 3 Vallées should be near the top of your list. It's the largest interconnected ski area in the world, with around 600 kilometers of ski runs spread across seven resorts. But here's the part that can get confusing when you're planning your first trip: Les 3 Vallées isn't one ski mountain or one ski town. It's an enormous interconnected ski area made up of several resorts and villages, each with a completely different personality. You can spen
